U-Bake Ltd is a medium sized company specializing in the manufacture of a wide range of frozen bakery products for the Catering/Retail & food Service Industry throughout Ireland. We have taken our traditional bakery experience and transferred it into the production of frozen bakery products.

 

We manufacture a range of quality flavoured sausage rolls in a variety of sizes, also puff pastry sheets, frozen scones and pastry tartlets.

U-bake is a third generation, family owned bakery, formerly trading as McDaid’s Bakery and was  established in 1916. We are constantly refining our product range, service, and capabilities to ensure we fulfill and exceed customer expectations and demands. All our products are GM free, most are preservative and additive free, and all are produced in our purpose built, EU approved 20,000 sq ft facility under strict HACCP guidelines.
